At the very beginning of our first replant of a church, I invited Jon to lead us in the Break Free Workshop. We needed to bring together people who were hurt from previous leadership decisions in the church. Jon, in a biblical and caring way, initiated several discussions between people that needed to take place for the church to move forward in a healthy way. I would recommend Jon to any church who needs someone to lead the way with biblical reconciliation.
